At Nex we look for curiosity about how spaces are used, and a love of both contemporary culture and the history before it. We look for interest in how buildings are made, in the invention and in the detail, and the ambition to take on complex briefs in public settings.

We welcome openness to having your ideas tested by others, and engaging in debate, because that is how the work in the studio improves, and it is why the studio is a good place to think.

You will work on several projects at once, each at a different stage, so a week can move from a concept study to a detail on site. That range is how people develop quickly, working alongside the studio's senior leaders every day.

Our studio is in Fitzrovia, central London, and our team works in a collaborative space where ideas are shared across projects. There is secure bicycle storage and showers.
