The Round Reading Room, British Museum
The British Museum has reappointed Nex to its consultants framework for a second four year term. We have worked with the museum since 2020 under the first framework, leading the renewal of the Round Reading Room's roofs, the fabric repair and environmental renewal of twelve galleries in the North Wing, the refurbishment of the Sanskrit Library, and the external lighting of the South Forecourt.
Our reappointment continues one of the practice's longest client relationships, and we look forward to the exciting changes planned for one of the world's most significant museum estates.
